About Us
SheWell.me puts a world of wellness at your fingertips. It has been designed to be the region’s most trusted digital resource on female health and wellness.
The brand has been created by women, for women. We believe that women have traditionally been underserved when it comes to understanding their health and making smart choices about their wellbeing.
We are dedicated to connecting women with their bodies, offering personalized holistic health support, built on prevention and proactivity from puberty to menopause and beyond.
We offer a hand-picked selection of some of the best therapists in the world for virtual or in-person consultations, with the choice between individual treatment plans or bespoke packages.
Our editorial content is designed to inspire women as they go about their daily lives. Articles are authored by leading voices and experts in the health and wellness space and enhanced by podcasts and retreats.
Clients can also shop online at their convenience ordering a range of world-leading supplements and merchanize to their doorstep.
